I'm making my own dress, and any feedback would be appreciated. This is just the front. I'm still working on the back. (I made a post of an early version a few weeks back and I really appreciated everyone who helped me get to this point). In case our wondering what the black lines are, there was a lot of extra fabric that I'm not ready to cut yet, but it's hard to image it with all fluff on the shoulders.

    I can't wait to see this finished! Ut looks like the material is hanging down on the skirt- will that eventually go up onto the hips/bodice? Either way I'm excited to see your end results!

    Very pretty. I don't really like the lace layer around the knee area. Are you going to be able to move and sit. I could never make a dress. I think it is coming along very nicely.

    This is looking awesome!!! I just went to your previous post to see the progress. My thought is to add more layers to the bottom but to cut the fabric in opposite angles to the ones you have in the beading. Like a mirror image. Then the fabric won’t cut you straight across at the knees.

    I do agree, i think more layers or no one continuous piece at the bottom.

    I know its still in progress, but what are the plans for the top? I personally think the center piece that's kinda plain needs something along the neckline.
