February 2020 Brides

February 1st 2020! We really wanted a winter wedding. It’s our favorite time in the year. We are praying Yosemite gets some snow that year so we can have snow capped mountains for pictures 😍

Getting married February 29th, 2020. I am one of those leap year people LOL. We chose the date because at first it started as a joke....but the date just grew on us! It won’t be too hot where we live. Also it is different.

We are getting married February 2, 2020- because it is a palindrome! Meaning it reads the same forwards and backwards. So our date will be 02/02/2020! I'm a little sad that it is not a Friday/Saturday, but hey, at least it's a Sunday and I'll save a little dough!

Yay! Finally some more February brides We chose February originally for February 8 because it was the day we met! However, our dream venue was taken on that day So we picked February 15! It's Valentine's Day weekend (and a long weekend for everyone to recover!). We originally wanted a fall wedding, but the more and more we plan, the more and more we've fallen in love with our decision to get married in February!

I’m not sure our date I know I want February but can’t decide which date... I know I want snow so I was thinking the 1st but I also kinda want the 29th lol

We're planning for Feb 1st Both of us have always wanted a winter wedding since we're not fans of heat and we've sweat through enough nice clothes at all of our family and friends' summer weddings (outdoor sunset wedding in the middle of a Georgia summer is a guaranteed way to lose half of your guests for the reception, I've seen it happen many times). We both love the snow, and we love what the Colorado outdoors hold. It's a bit further than we'd like for guests' sake (we're in Alabama), but it's a special place for us and a lot of our friends and family love the idea. We got engaged last summer, but we chose 2020 as it'll be 10 years that we've been together! We definitely took time to get engaged (he spent a couple years to find and recreate the ring that inspired me to pursue my degree in jewelry), so we figured there's no reason to rush getting hitched!

We are getting married February 12th in Sedona. Honestly, we chose it because I hate Michigan in February and wanted an excuse to go somewhere in what I deem to be a miserable month. Funnily enough, February 12th also happens to be my grandfather's birthday which I had forgotten. It just makes it extra special.

View Quoted Comment See, Sunday was a must for us because I'm a Seventh Day Baptist and my dad is a pastor so we do our Sabbath on Saturday which means I don't want to rush my Sabbath to get married! We were excited that our date was a Sunday!

February 22nd so our date is all 2s and 0s

We chose February 2nd, if he doesn’t get deployed, because it’s a Sunday (a cheaper venue price) and because my fiancé will be 21 on January 28th and wanted to be able to drink at our wedding haha

Technically getting married on February 26, 2020 (on my grandparents' 65th wedding anniversary), but having the celebration on February 29, 2020! My grandparents have the best relationship in the world and I have always wanted to honor them by getting married on their anniversary!

February 1st because it is our anniversary ...I like that it will not be as hot as well!

We're getting married 2/29/20. I thought it would be rather special though I'm sure a bunch of folks think that lol. We'll do something small for our anniversary the years we won't "have one," but every 4 years we can do something big!

February 7th. Its our 5 year anniversary that day.

Leap day! 2.29.2020 ❤️ We met in January, he proposed in March so February seemed fitting, we chose that day because it’s unique like our relationship and every “anniversary” we will do something MAJOR. Congratulations everyone!!
