What are you doing for favors? I'm tossing back and forth with some ideas but I love the idea of an edible favor. We do have a preztel/coffee/hot cocoa cart for guest when they leave at our venue, but I want something they can take home. I was thinking candy maybe in mason jars or just cute...

Any thoughts?

I would love to do a candy buffet but unfortunately the venue will not allow it (if I remember correctly). But we're having a candy buffet at our co-ed shower.

Could you have little baggies for guests to take some of your food cart items home. I think that would be plenty. We are doing chocolate covered pretzels and oreos. I'm also thinking of little baggies of doggy bones for the fur babies. Cats are screwed because they get nothing, lol

Wish.com had cute little mesh bags and some cute paper boxes. We’re using that and Hershey kisses...extremely affordable!!!

We are having a wedding October 30th 2020 and even though it’s so far away, I’m really set on a small candy buffet. We are having like around 75-80 guests. From everything I’ve read, to prices I’ve compared, the candy buffet for my size wedding would be just as much or less then doing like 1.50 or so per guest. I’ve read that honestly a lot of people don’t take the favors and I’ve also have had friends say things like “omg why is there like 40 favors left over”. It’s a traditional thing but I think people don’t always find use for those kinda favors so they quietly leave it behind or don’t take it. Given my wedding is Halloween eve, I figured a small candy buffet fits the time of year and people can make little candy bags and whatever is left over I know I’ll eat but chances are people are gonna wanna make a candy bag at some point, especially the our kids! So that’s always a idea to add to edibles that are still edibles!

We are going to do mason jars that people can personalize and use their cup for the night. Saves us from having to over provide plastic cups and kills two birds with one stone.

We are still trying to figure out our own little favors for the wedding. As of now, we thought about doing a little hang-over kit for our guests when they check in to the hotel!! otherwise, any one have any more ideas about something small or cute at the Reception?!

Love the Lottery Ticket idea but unsure how to keep people from taking multiple Lottery Tickets...
