Favorite part about wedding planning

For me it was dress shopping and food tasting honestly hahaha and for FH was good tasting 10000%

For me it was being able to cross tasks off my list!

Hmmmm. I think it was coffee dates/planning meetings with my Fiancé. He’d get 100% focused in on the wedding, and we’d get so much done in one afternoon!



i wish it was food tasting, but I didn’t get to do that. Bought cakes sight unseen and am making our own dinner.

The cake tasting was what I built up in my mind as the most exciting thing and honestly it was really fun

None of it so far honestly. I have not looked at dresses, my cousin is making the cake, we finally got a venue. I think right now if in had to choose something it would be getting my engagement pictures done tomorrow.

The engagement photo shoot, dress shopping, catering and cake tasting.

Fun parts: venue shopping, theme/decor planning, choosing food & entertainment, seeing some details like the linen samples and invite samples.

Not-fun parts: budget management, researching vendors, dress shopping.

The food and cake tasting was awesome! But I really love seeing my vision for my dream wedding come to life. And at first I was so stressed how to afford it but everyone’s been so helpful a lot of our gifts from family has been paying for wedding things which I’m so grateful and thankful for them! 😍

But if I had to choose one it would be the diy projects getting those figured out and seeing how it’s gonna work is wonderful!

Fiancé voted cupcake tasting for his 🤣 they are his favorite cupcakes ever and he was happy to try a bunch for free. Lol 😂

My photographer was actually one of my old co-workers. So it was not awkward at all. And since we worked together before she knows how I am.

I really liked dress shopping although I was getting tired of spending every weekend looking. I felt like a fairy princess and I can’t wait to wear it again.

First would be trying on the dress. I am wearing my mom's dress (got it altered to fit me) and it was so emotional for me wearing it and seeing her face when I put it on! Second would be moving all my stuff to my fiance's house! It was so much fun starting to unpack my stuff and start spreading it all over his house and give it a woman's touch! Oh and receiving gifts from our registry! I was literally jumping up and down when our first gift came in!

My favorite part is really just talking about different ideas with my FH. It’s wonderful seeing him so excited about things we can do, learning aspects that are important to him, and problem solving together. I have the grandest ideas (but want a more intimate ceremony), he has great, more realistic ideas (but wants a larger ceremony).

I am most excited about taking engagement photos across Europe. Just gotta get over there first lol.

If we were able to have an engagement photo shoot, that would. But we didn’t. All of it has been stressful . But I’m happy for the big day
