Fathers wedding band

Hello brides! My dad passed away in April and I would like to have his wedding ring close to me on my wedding day. Any thoughts?? I've thought about having it sewn into the inside of my dress. Open to suggestions. Congrats to you all as well

Depending on the size, wear it as a thumb ring. I can wear my dad's original band around my thumb!

Tie it to your bouquet or could you have it redesigned at a jeweler into your wedding band?
Or on a chain as a necklace?

I like PPs ideas to attach it to the bouquet. Wearing as a necklace (while a nice thought) might look too heavy/chunky with your dress.

I had both of my grandma's engagement rings pinned in my dress with a safety pin next to my heart. I wore my mothers wedding set on my right hand. and the necklace from her wedding day. Hugs to you, I lost my dad while planning the big day, but I got married early in the hospital so he could see it.

My father past away almost 11 years ago and I am having a heart shape piece from of one of his favorite flannel sewed into my dress and I plan to wear his watch too but I would be scared to wear his rings on my bouquet just in case it gets lost or misplaced
