Father/daughter Dance. need Help!

Lindsay, on July 12, 2018 at 11:12 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 6

My father is a HUGE classic rock fan and I would like a father/daughter dance that fits him. His favorite bands are Meatloaf, STYX, and REO Speedwagon. Any great suggestions that are in the realm of this style of music would be greatly appreciated!

Did you ask him? I am letting my dad choose our song.

I agree asking him for advice. Also understand you would like to surprise him. Other than googling a slow song with favorite artist, I have w suggestion. Have I Told You Lately That I lLoved You..by Rod Stewart might bring him to happy tears....maybe?

Thanks for the song! I can definitely get a gauge for how he feels about it.

Sweet Child O'Mine by Guns N' Roses would be cool. My dad is a heavy metal fan, so we may do a mash up of a country song, then dance to a more upbeat metal song.
