Fall/Winter wedding Outerwear??

So my wedding is on November 7th. Still the fall but transitioning to winter. So it's kind of iffy as to what the weather will be like. We will be doing some outdoor pics and I would like a cape or stole or something. I cannot find a nice one ANYWHERE. Help? PS. I'm in Toronto, Canada so the weather that time of year is unpredictable.

    I bought genuine vintage mink stoles for myself and my BM's to wear if it is cold - you can get them on Ebay, at thrift stores (which is where I got mine), Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc. You can get faux fur stoles online really cheap as well.

    Well my dress will be teacup length (mid calves; maybe a bit shorter), so I'm not sure if the long cape would work?
