Fall wedding decor

Not sure if you like any of these, but here are some ideas.

In general, orange is about my least favorite color, but Veronica is right that it is a beautiful compliment to any shade of purple and fits your fall theme. As far as trying to tie in silver, maybe talk with your florist about silver/gray foliage, like dusty miller, with the purples & oranges?

Hi date twin! We are doing a deep purple, yellow and dark gray. Like this but yellow instead of white. I’ve seen color schemes with shades of purple and silver that work well too. I see the deep purple as equivalent to burgundy, which is a little more common for fall.

I don't really like orange either, but when looking online it was the color most commonly paired with purple for a fall wedding.

We're doing burgandy and gold with hints of navy and white.
For purple and silver I'd say dark grays are also good. Green for greenery accents also look good. What about a brownish like pheasant feathers or cattails?

I don't think you need to match the season necessarily. Purple, silver, gray, and a bit of black will be classy. I'm liking the deeper shade of purple up thread, it is more fall like. I'd use the silver on a few things like the pics of the charges and candles. Incorporating some ivory and different shades of gray would be pretty too.

Do you have a venue yet? Go for your vintage feel with the purple and silver! It's gonna be beautiful!

I'm doing shades of purple for a September wedding. Eallely September is still technically summer, but I didnt care too much about the season. I originally was going to do plum, orange, and teal which I thought was very pretty and very much "fall." Maybe stick with the darker shades, plum, grape, etc. as the main colors.

DIY some centerpieces using small pumpkins- and you can spray paint them if you don't want to incorporate the orange. Then maybe buy some silk leaves (if that's even a thing) and scatter them around your tables with some candles. Grab some sticks out of your yard and spray paint them silver and stick them in a vase filled with silk leaves- I think purple leaves are so pretty!

I would definitely add some pinecones and pumpkins!

I'm not a big orange fan either, but I really love the pictures she posted. I saw a Pinterest DIY that had pumpkins painted silver with plum flowers as centerpieces and they were stunning. I hadn't really thought about pumpkins, but I'm thinking about it a lot now

We're actually trying to get the community center were we first met back in 1985. We thought it would be really romantic to have it there. We don't live in the town though, so we're having to have his brother rent it for is. It has a pretty neutral palate which will be helpful.

It's almost fall...the last couple of weeks are anyway LOL I love the color palate you were going to go with. Purple is my favorite color, especially the darker shades
