My FH and I are in debate about changing our wedding date to June or September or October.

I so wanted to do an October wedding, but it wasn't in the cards for us. Please do an October wedding so that I may live vicariously through you lol.

We are doing October! I’m super excited because we got 10/10/2020! Depending on where you live, consider the weather for each season.

I’m a little biased toward fall weddings. Also depending on where you live summer could be perfect or awful.

We are not hot weather people so fall was an easy choice for us. Originally we had talked about having it in October but ultimately decided on Sept 27 which is close enough

I'd lean toward fall, but it definitely depends on where you live - summers might be really hot or falls might be really cold. Pick whatever season you prefer, but taking guest's comfort (even if the wedding isn't outdoors) is always nice

All three months are popular for weddings. 1) what’s the weather like in your area in summer vs. fall? 2) is there a cheaper season to get married at your favorite venue? 3) are the dates you want available at your venue?

Like everyone else said, depends on your location. For me, I prefer fall colors and themes, so that'd be my pick - Plus I live in the tropics, so closer to "Winter" the better. I love love love outdoor weddings, but also take into consideration your venue choices too Smiley smile

I would die for a fall wedding. I teach and coach and would be afraid that I wouldn’t go back to work after the honeymoon! There is no way I could wait until summer for a honeymoon! We thought about winter but our family already made plans for a small get together.

October would be my top choice. I’m actually getting married this October! October weather is typically amazing where I live in NC. June is way too hot, pretty much everywhere.

Are any of thoses months a favorite or special month? My FH and I decided to go with September because I love the fall, but also it's a special month for multiple reasons. One is that, September is when we first started dating.

I would say it would depend on where you guys are from and what is important to you. We live in the south so June was NOT an option for an outdoor wedding and September is still too hot. I personally love fall weddings! I think the idea of an October wedding would be gorgeous!

We were initially going to do Fall. I don't care for summer weddings, FH and I really did not want one... honestly!!! But it definitely should be a personal choice you make with your significant otherSmiley smile
