Experience with Lulus, Azazie and other wedding websites?

Azazie and Cocomelody have try on at home programs where you can pick dresses to be shipped to you to try on before you commit for under $20. They are both highly recommended on the forum by countless brides for both wedding and bridesmaids dresses.

What is too good to be true is the under $50 dresses out of China where they promise it’s available in any color etc and if/when you get the dress, it’s nothing like what you ordered with no option to return or exchange. A large number of sketchy sites, the ones that are not well known for being reputable, and steal photos from other vendors, are the scams out of China to avoid.

Lulus and other shops you have to purchase first and return if they don’t work out.

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from lulus and we absolutely LOVEEEEE them. They were true to size, the material is good, inexpensive, and the shipping wasn't too long. It's definitely a legit site. I didn't get my wedding dress from them but I definitely recommend them!

I’ve bought clothes from Lulu’s before but I didn’t know how buying a real serious piece of clothing is.
But when I saw it, I audibly gasped.

I used Azazie for my bridesmaids dresses and Lulu's for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner dresses. I have zero complaints about either company. The dresses were high quality and very reasonably priced.

I had to exchange a dress for a different size from Lulu's and their customer service was great.

Do a search for Azazie on the forum (top right of the page where you the magnifying glass) and many posts will pop up from current and past forum members of WW. Cocomelody has a physical store in Los Angeles as well as online. They want to provide a service especially during the pandemic and make it easy on brides. I can understand the skepticism but with the try at home deal, you’re only out $10-15 if it doesn’t work.

I bought a bridesmaid dress from Lulus that I loved and I thought it was great quality!

Lulu’s is a fantastic company. They have a really great return policy (although I’d double check that bridal items are covered by their policy)

I’ve bought multiple dresses on Lulu’s and have had really good experiences. My favorite LBD is from there! They make returns really easy too.

I’ve bought a wedding from Lulu, it fit perfect and the quality is great. Plus the price is unbelievable compared to other sites

I love both CocoMelody and Lulu's. I ordered custom made bridesmaids gowns from CocoMelody and they are gorgeous. The exact color of the sample and very well made. I bought a ' just in case' gown from Lulu's to marry in an at home ceremony if the Caribbean closes again due to covid. Just as well be prepared. I can highly recommend both of these companies.

Im pretty sure you can return Lulus dresses. I bought 2 or 3 dresses from lulus for my elopement and I returned the ones I didn’t like. If I were you I would check the return policy then buy 2 sizes that you think would fit. Try on dresses & keep the one that fits better.

I love lulus dresses. Purchased my shower dress, bachelorette dress, engagement session dress and a few others non wedding related dresses from them as well

I bought my wedding dress from Lulu's in June! I ordered 5 different styles in 2 different sizes each and was able to return all but the one I chose for a full refund. I think they give you about a week for the return shipping to be free and after that it's $7 taken off of the refund, at least that's how it was as of June 2021. The return process was easy, I just went online to my order and selected the dresses I wanted to return, they emailed me a UPS return label and I just dropped them off at a UPS store. All the gowns I tried matched the quality shown in the pictures, only one dress didn't fit as expected but that's also why I ordered two sizes of each style. Some dresses have reviews, I took a lot of time to go through reviews and see how the dresses fit on real people before chosing what to order. If you think this could be the dress (it looks beautiful btw) you probably wouldn't lose any money if you try it out and return it within the week. I would just confirm that the dress isn't listed as a final sale, I did return some that were also a part of the Luxe Bridal line like your dress is so I don't think that title is a factor for returns.

My dress from Azazie arrived a few weeks ago, and its AMAZING! I did standard sizing so I could return it if needed, and it only needed shortened. Awesome quality and was $239

I haven't ordered bridal dresses from them, but I've ordered dresses from Lulus and bridesmaid dresses from Azazie and both have had great quality. Azazie has a try-on program so you can pay a small fee to try on dresses at home, which worked great for picking a bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding.

My dress is from Lulus and it is gorgeous! Quality is amazing! Make sure you read reviews if there are any to help with sizing, although you can return if your not happy with your purchase

I absolutely loved my Azazie experience. It was a very close second and part of the reason I didn’t order from them is there was a chance it wouldn’t come in time. I am very last minute on my planning

I had no issues with Azazie or JJ's House. They were greata nd easy to work with. My issue is with Bride LuLu. They said you could return the dresses with a restocking fee but now they won't respond to any of my emails. I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and let them deal with that. Very frustrated.
