Examples of wedding day timeline

There’s a lot of factors that influence the timeline. I crafted mine with my vendors, particularly the venue, photographer, and DJ. Since your wedding is over a year out (if your profile date is correct), I would hold off on the timeline for now. That’s usually finalized within the last couple of months before the wedding. But things like length of ceremony (a church ceremony with a full mass will take longer than a non-religious one without readings, for examples), whether the meal is a buffet or sit down, whether you want a first look or not, etc. will all play a role in the timeline of the day.

-What time are the guests expected to arrive by and what time does the wedding end?

-Do you have to do the "tear-down" of the event, or will your vendors do it for you?
