Hey there! I'm new to the site- this is my first post. Hoping to connect with other people who are in wedding planning overdrive. lol
Fiance and I are planning to get married at the local little league field (long story short... that's where we met/connected, where he asked me to prom back in high school, where we spend all our time (both of our families are actively involved in the league) etc. It may not be the most traditional or practical venue, it's special to us and we think it will make for a very intimate evening.
I have a vague picture of the way I'd like it to look, but am struggling to come up with ideas for how to jazz up/create a ceremony backdrop aside from lots of string lighting. Right now it's a dark wood fence (about chest-height) and chain link above that. Wondering if anybody from the wedding wire community has attended/planned a wedding at a ball field. I know it's a stretch, but Google has been no help! It's worth a shot. Any ideas are appreciated!
