European Trip Before Our Wedding

Hello!

So my fiancé and I have a great opportunity to go on a 2 week trip to Europe with most expenses paid for. But the issue is that we’ll come back home from the trip just ONE week before our wedding day. Would it be an idiotic idea to go on this trip so close to our wedding date or is that pretty doable?

I would do it for sure, but i'm also not the type to stress about something that's a week away. There wasn't much we had to do in the week leading up to the event. As long as everything is planned and thought of, i dont' think it's a big deal at all.

This sounds like an awesome opportunity! As long as you finalize as many details as you can for your wedding before you leave (and maybe designate someone to handle last-minute tasks while you're away), coming back a week before your wedding shouldn't be too much of an issue!

The only thing I would be mindful of is final payments and final headcount to caterer. But heck yes! Go on that trip. I've heard of honeymoons and minimoons not premoon, love it. 😂
