Essential or Extra? - Photo booths

Definitely extra, but our venue provides one at relatively low cost so we're having one.

Extra. While it is not necessary, our DJ also prodives photobooth services and he had a special deal going on that allowed us to throw in the photobooth for 50% off. Sometimes attending Wedding Expos really do pay off guys!

Not really essential, but we are having one !! It's very fun to have.

Found a dj that had one and it was about 1000 thats reasonable for me. Plus i get copies of all photos! Super cool in my book

Definitely an extra. We have a super fun DJ, so everyone will be entertained enough. We might do a photo backdrop for people to take pics with their own phones.

Extra. I think that paying for someone to man a photobooth is ridiculous, and i personally dislike the cheesy signs and such that come with photobooths. I plan to create a picture perfect backdrop for guests to take their own pictures together.

As much fun as photo booths are, we decided that it was an extra for us. Not worth the cost for the number of guests that would actually use it!

This is definitely extra, even though I love the idea.

We're making our own photobooth area and buying two polaroid cameras. We'll have a scrap book set up for people to write and place their photos in. And it doubles as a guest book!

To us, photo booth was a must and a lot of fun.

Essential!!! Our guests LOVED ours, and we also have a really cool photo book for memories! Definitely was a huge hit and a lot of fun!

View Quoted Comment Exactly! Not only did we get 50% the photobooth from our DJ that we met an expo, but when we met with him hediced to throw in the uplightlighting at a super discount too. Originally we weren't going to have uplighting.

We also won a dinner cruise for two at one expo and $500 towards our wedding cake at another. However, our package already included a cake from a vendor we preferred more.

This is an extra for us. I don't really care for a photo booth and neither does FH. I know our guests will be taking plenty of pictures to capture the day, lol

It's not essential, but they're definitely fun for everyone!

If it is in your budget I say get it. We got a book afterwards of everyone's pictures and its so funny to see everyone's poses get drunker and sillier as the night went on.
