You should address them by their name.

By their name, and you can call your friends to get the names of their guests, my sister in law had to do that, she didn't want to adress them as "guest"

You can do it any way you want. I'm using the picture frames from the photobooth so they were too big to do 100 individual people so i put married couples together.

They are the same thing as place cards. If you have assigned seating these are the cards that tell people what table they are at.

Oh gotcha. We will probably just be doing a table chart i.e. a big frame/canvas that tells everyone what table they are at. They can choose their own seat.

Yeah we are letting people choose their own seat just telling them what table to go thru. We are only using the picture frames because they came with our photobooth package

Putting a couple on the same place card makes it easier since they will be sitting at the same table. The only reason they would need an individual place card is if the venue requires one for each because they are being served a pre-selected meal. Also by placing a couple together on one card, less place cards have to be created and therefore you don't need to display as many at the reception.

If you don't know the name of the guest, it's ok to write:

    Mark Johnson and Guest

If you know the name or can find out, then it's always better to use their name.
