Engagement Rings with colored gemstones

Atanga, on May 25, 2020 at 7:03 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 1 46

Dear Girls,

What do you think about Engagement Rings with colored gemstones?

I love gems, I love emeralds and ruby! They are very gorgeous and I know that some princesses chose these rings, but is it too pretentious?

I found these at One2Threejewelry.com Smiley smile

I love gemstones!!! We debated me having an opal ring, but I changed my mind when I saw the Zales diamond collection and ultimately my ring. But if I hadn't found my ring, I would probably have gone with a gemstone. I don't there's anything pretentious about them at all.

    Thank you!

I think about opal rings too!

Such milk-white gemstones with little sparks.

I love colored gemstones. It’s your ring so you can wear whatever you love the most don’t worry what anyone thinks. Honestly, in past history color gemstone rings were the norm it’s only in recent history that diamond engagement rings became more popular. Mine is a teal sapphire with small diamonds. Pick whatever YOU want. It doesn’t matter what anyone thinks or their opinions. Mine is a morganite and I am in love. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Thank you very much for your answer.

You have such a gentle ring!

I love to consider jewelry. Especially engagement rings, each of them necessarily has a beautiful love story.

Natural colored gemstones look fantastic! I have one ring with sapphire - 5mm. It looks simple, but when the sun hits the inside of the stone it looks like I am looking into the clear dark sea water.

I love gemstones! They are so unique & bring a whole new (beautiful) look. My stepmom’s ring is a sapphire and one of my good friend’s has an opal as the center stone on her ring.

Gemstones are great! I ultimately went with a diamond. I used to work in the jewelry industry and I will say avoid soft stones because they may not fair well with everyday wear. Stones like diamond, sapphire, ruby, and emerald are harder. Stones like opals are very soft and can't take the elements of always being worn on your hand.
