I think it depends on the color being dripped! Some look very elegant and beautiful in gold, blue or purple, etc.

Others look gross because it reminds me of other things, if you get my drift?

I like it. We’re doing a cinnamon roll tiered cake with drip frosting

Into it... I'm sure they're over done like so many things, but I really like the way they look.

Over it. It looks messy and seems easy to mess up.

Over it. It’s fine for a birthday party, but not my thing for a wedding

I'm into it, but not really for a wedding cake necessarily.

They're good for birthdays, I don't care for them for a wedding though.

Over it. This is another trend that I never really got into in the first place. I don't love the look, I prefer something a little cleaner.

I love it! We are doing cupcakes, but having a small "naked" cake for us to cut into. I've been thinking about asking our baker if we could do a gold drip.

Drip cake are beautiful, no doubt. But in terms of weddings, I'm definitely OVER this trend. I do love the look, but it's not quite formal enough for my tastes for a wedding.
