Okay, so I am 7 weeks out and my dress WONT ZIP. I am freaking out. I am a nurse, so I know how to exercise and eat properly, but I have truthfully neglected that. I am re-starting again today forsure! I guess I’m looking for support. I feel like I’m the only one who let the stress get to me... I’m...

You got this! So close. Carbs & sugar are a killer. Can you try a 2-week sprint of no carbs (pasta, bread, potatoes, rice) and no sugar (lattes, wine, creamer, sweets)? It works!!!

I got super stressed out because my dress was super tight, but it was at the end of a long day and I was either very close to or had just ended my period. I have been eating like poop and neglecting the gym though, so I'm starting up my regime again next week, since I'll be under the 3 month mark!

You are SO CLOSE to that dress zipping all the way up, I don't think you need to worry too much!

It is very close to zipping! I had that issue, freak out too early, let fabric out and then had to be taking in again closer to the wedding.

You have time, focus on that now Smiley smile good luck!

    PS: beautiful dress!

I’m so nervous to put on my dress. I’m terrified it won’t fit.

Youve got this! Seven weeks is plenty to drop a tiny bit of weight!

I have four weeks and my dress is still really tight. I have been strict on my Herbalife diet and doing no other dairy or carbs.
if you loose 2 lbs a week you should zip , but you still have time to get it altered too

You got this it’s definitely possible to get that dress to zip in seven weeks. I’ve been eating under 1500 calories a day and light exercise every morning and I’ve lost 8lbs this month.
