I'm posting this a second time. First time was on my phone and it wouldn't let me add pictures... I'm posting this a second time. First time was on my phone and it wouldn't let me add pictures...

Ok, so we were originally getting married at San Francisco city hall and doing a smaller restaurant reception so dress shopping I went. I fell in love with 2 very different dresses. I was torn 50/50. Bought Dress 1. Then our whole wedding changed. Location and style. We are now doing a more traditional outside ceremony and ballroom/banquet reception. I've had a few freak out moments and sh** hit the fan last night. I broke down crying, I don't think I like my dress. It's already paid for but I'm still considering getting the other one I tried on and also loved (and possibly trying on even more dresses). Dress 1 which is purchased is a lace form fitting dress, looking at the pictures now I"m not sure I like how revealing it is for my boobs. Although, it hugs me in all the right places I'm a little uneasy for some reason. I'm a DDD natural and have nursed my daughter so I just don't want to feel too revealing and like I'm going to be worrying all night about how saggy or perky they look. Dress 2 is a show stopping ball gown that I love! When will I ever get the chance to wear a big dramatic ball gown. I struggle with looking sexy and showing off my body and the dramatic ball gown that doesn't show much of my shape. And I take the chance of not being able to resell my lace dress and lose all that money. Help please! Honest opinions appreciatedSmiley smile Oh I'm also going to try on an overskirt with the lace and see if that helps any. I think I'm scared I'm going to miss out on the big fancy ball gown look if I stick with my "vintage look" lace dress.

Both dresses look amazing on you and that ballgown is gorgeous!
What did you feel best in? I would try both dresses on again and see how you feel in them. If you can’t live without dress #2 then get it and try to sell the first dress. For me, I wouldn’t try more on because I wouldn’t want to get more confused but i think trying an overskirt on the lace is a good idea.

Wow, you look gorgeous in both! The ballgown is more dramatic which might work in the banquet/ballroom reception more. your original dress is more my style. I don’t think it’s too revealing but you should choose what you’re more comfortable in. You don’t want to feel uncomfortable on your wedding day.

Also, if you’re concerned about how much it reveals your breasts, you could always have a piece of lace or tulle added in to help create an illusion. But you definitely have the body to pull it off without. It’s all in how comfortable you feel though.

They both look amazing on you! I personally still like dress 1, but you could add a very blingy belt or something to give it the sparkle dress 2 has!

I like both dresses too. something similar happened to me. We were originally going to get married in October, so I bought a dress suitable for the fall. Then our wedding changed to the summer. What I ended up doing is consigning my first dress, which sold pretty quick. I used that money to put towards my other dress and I was able to pay it off same day.

The point is, if you are IN LOVE with the second dress, which amazing by the way, consign your first dress so you’re not out a ton of money. If your original dress is unaltered, then it usually sells really quick!

I think they are both gorgeous! I don't think dress 1 is inappropriate for your venue so to me, it's not worth buying a new dress. I have a similar chest situation going on and I use kinesio tape to hold them in place when I wear things that are low cut. I would try them both on again and see if there is a clear winner. Maybe try adding some crinoline or other underlay with dress 1 as others have suggested to give it more drama.

You look amazing in both dresses! Dress #2 is so different and would go perfectly in a ballroom reception.

I like dress one both dresses are very beautiful and both dresses are sexy. I feel like number 2 even though it's sexy it looks bulky in the back with all the beating. I'm someone with three children I have nursed all three. I'm still currently nursing my 18 month old. I also choose Dress was a lower cut neckline. I and a 36 triple D. I think your boobs look great in those dresses I had dress regret initially as well because I've had 3 C-sections and I felt like my gut could be seen. But I felt so beautiful in the dress at the shop and I didn't notice it until I was given an unflattering picture of it and my I think number one is more flattering on you it looks gorgeous and you should not regret it

I like #1 a thousand times better. You could add a lace or some other panel to cover your cleavage a little. Honestly dress #2 is just as much, if not more revealing. Dress #1 flatters your figure better.

I loooove number one. It's the perfect dress for you! But if you really want a ballgown and can afford it, go for it! They both look great on you.

I’m usually all for lace, and I love the dress on you! But when I scrolled down and saw the ballgown I loved that dress even more! I haven’t been dress shopping but I’ve been getting ideas online. Originally I though I wanted an all lace gown, but after picturing myself in a ballgown, I realized that I really want to go that route. Like you I realized there probably wasn’t going to be another time where I would get to wear a ballgown. So if I were you I’d try to sell that lace and go get that gown!!

You look amazing in both dresses. I like the first, but I would chose the 2nd. There is something about the second one that just gives the WOW factor. I know you bought the first one, but I like DRESS 2.
    good luck!

I absolutely LOVE dress #2 Smiley love Smiley love

If it's not gonna completely blow up your budget, go for it. You can always wear dress for the reception, or just sell it. You can even post it for sale before your wedding. If it sells that's more money for those last minute details
