Dress Regret-29 days before wedding

Dress Rule #1 : STOP looking at, shopping for, or considering any other dresses once you’ve purchased your own!!
To do so is always a slippery slope. I liken it to the old saying about not comparing yourself to others because “another girl’s beauty does not make YOU any less beautiful. Just like other pretty dresses do not make YOUR dress any less beautiful. You obviously loved your dress and the way you looked in it, and felt that it was The One. Have confidence in your choice & the fact that it will look amazing on you on your wedding day!!
(And stop looking at other dresses!!! Lol)

I understand how you feel because there is so many to choose from and so many beautiful dresses and I have felt like that and maybe regretted it too but I just started focusing on other details before the wedding. This is a very stressful time and I’m pretty sure whatever dress you choose you will look amazing. ❤️

I just took my dress out of the closet and tried it on...I am so in love again I think I needed that lol

Maybe when your dress is fully tailored you will have that feeling too!

And what other pp said, stop looking/browsing at other dresses...I need to follow that advice as well

Hah! That’s what led me to find the celestial dress, that sneaky urge to look at other dresses...and I’m so glad I did! (Erin don’t read this...I’m sure your dress is perfect!)

Nope nope. Stop looking!! Your dresses are so pretty. In the grand scheme of things you will look gorgeous no matter which dress you pick so best to save yourself the time, stress and money and move on to other tasks!

Is it dress envy vs dress regret? I had dress envy. I would see other gowns and think those were really pretty

I think this feeling is totally normal! When picking out prom dresses, etc., you always know that there will be another opportunity to pick out an extraordinary dress when you get married. The wedding dress is the “grand finale” of dress buying, so I think we have a hard time accepting that the fun of getting to play dress up is over!
