Dress help

I just need some help feeling confident in this dress. This was my second dress I picked out because I'm a pretty indecisive person, especially when it's comes to things like my wedding dress. I didn't like the first dress I bought and love this one way more but still feel I could have gotten something different or better cause I see stuff on Pinterest that are super similar and like those. So I just want to know what everyones opinion is and how to stop seeing so many other dresses.


And also, I have small boobs and with this dress there is already one pad in them and I was going to have them add push up pads as well to make it even more filled out but I don't want it looking fake. Any advice with small boobs and making it look good but also not over the top fake
