Dream wedding Winner during covid

Hi everyone I just wanted to share my crazy amazing story of how I WON A DREAM WEDDING GIVEAWAY !!! Yess that is correct. I got engaged 2/15/20 of this year to my amazing fiancé. We immediately started our wedding planning and started to look at venues. We both wanted a short engagement less than a year so we knew we had to get started. We saw our dream venue and loved it. But here’s comes March and the covid pandemic started. There was so much happening with the news and work we both decided to postpone until next year. If covid wasn’t enough to ruin our plans, I actillay had to have a minor surgery which had major complications. I ended up waking up from surgery not being able to walk! I had loss feeling in both legs and it was very unexpected. Long story short I went though 3 months of intense home and outpatient physical therapy and many doctor visits later I am finally back in me feet. I went from the happiest moment in getting engaged, to the worst not being able to walk. I’m late June I while I was in the hospital I happened to see a post on Facebook for a dream wedding giveaway my venue was having. I immediately entered and write and essay on why my wedding was canceled. I was so lucky to have been picked and receive the gift of a dream wedding giveaway. I just wanted to share the exciting news because even with covid and all the hectic events happening this year, there is still people out there with good hearts who want to bring joy and happiness to people. I am so happy and blessed and thankful to my venue at La Grande Estates in Oakley,Ca and all the amazing vendors who are also gifting their services. Without them I’d be going crazy planning a wedding in only 2 months ! My wedding is 10/25/2020 and I can’t wait !!
