Dream wedding outfit

There are tons of detachable skirts available from bridal boutiques, online stores, and Etsy. I would simply find a jumpsuit you like, then search for a detachable skirt that has the look you are going for. There are also tons of Etsy shops and seamstresses that will create a detachable skirt for you. I had the seamstress at a bridal boutique I went to create one for me.

There are dresses with detachable skirts but they go from a poofy ball gown skirt to a sheath. And nothing other than stark white for the over skirt. Try on styles in your area to see what you like and take your sketch to a local independent seamstress.

As others' suggested, you can create a custom outfit, full or in part. You can certainly find overskirts sold by themselves. My detachable, dramatic overskirt was ivory with multi-layers of tulle, lace, and appliques. It was glorious but heavy and fastened with 3? strong hooks at my hips and back. Some overskirts are sheerer, lighter, shorter in length, and can be tied with a ribbon. I found the following ready-to-wear options online:
