Don't have them? Have the best man carry the rings.

You don't need either. But if you're willing, I have a couple ring bearer aged grandsons that I could rent you for the day!

One of my friends had 2 of her friends wear a different dress than the BMs and threw petals. All in their 20s

We are not having them. All the weddings I've been to, the best man holds on to the rings anyways. The ring bearers usually just have a fancy pillow maybe with fake rings. I wouldn't trust a preschooler to actually hold on to them.

Same here, I am not going to have them. MOH or BM can carry them, or have someone just give them to the officiant before the ceremony starts.

This is great! Thank you! I think we will just opt out of having a flower girl and ring bearer. It saves us the headache. I didn't realize it was such a popular thing to not have them. This was my first official post on here and you guys were a huge help!

We're not having either. I feel like a lot of people are moving away from flower girls as a prerequisite and only incorporating children they're genuinely close with, which IMO is how it should be.
