See if you can get the stones in the wedding band a bit smaller. if they were the same size as the smaller stones in the engagement ring I think it would be perfect. also consider that it might look a little different after being sized.

Agreed with the sizing comment as well.

I don't think so! I was actually wondering the same about mine. I think yours looks lovely.

    Here's mine.

There is no rule that your e-ring needs to be more prominent than your wedding band if that is your concern. If you are just wondering if it overpowers your e-ring then the answer is yes.

A little bit, but like mentioned, sizing might help that out a bit.

I think it's a little bulky in comparison.

I think it's fine, but wouldn't wear both together for either of you.

Yes, I think it's to overwhelming. It takes away from your engagement ring.

Yes I think it does. As all the other ladies have said, smaller stones.

The diamond sizes are too similar in my opinion.

Thanks Ladies. The ring has been resized from a 7 to a 6. How do I go about getting the diamonds smaller? Meaning should I ask a jeweler about resizing the diamonds?

That is a question of personal taste.

I think the wedding ring is a bit overpowering. But then I like things simple.

It's pretty but it overpowers it just a little bit.

You don't resize the diamonds, you get new diamonds.

Talk to a jeweler about it. Personally I would just sell the old ring and get a new one that wasn't so overpowering. Your wedding ring (IMHO) should accent your engagement ring, not hide or make it look inferior.

Maybe a little if you examine it closely but it's a set that I would still wear.

in time you may upgrade your diamond, something to look forward to.
