I agree, I would just send this person a message and ask where she got the dress. I’m usually pretty good at finding items online, but I can’t for the life of me find this one! However, if you search white swiss dot dresses, there are tons of really adorable ones!

If it was the free flowing boho look, plunge neck, and dotted swiss, this dress has sleeves easily cut to elbow or upper arm puffed, a little loose and flowy or the retro baby doll in yours. And a ribbon or belt of your choosing, or none. But it has the light airiness, blow with the wind look that I think would make a photo shoot fun.
