I have two options going right now for a day of coordinator. I can pay the same price for both... We are having an intimate wedding at ceremony at two locations. Reception will be on a river boat for 3.5hrs. We will not have vendors to deal with really other than the florist. The boat handles /serves all food and alcohol. No dj doing a playlist, etc.
1.) 2 hours of Only set up and breakdown of the reception. Has previous experience working on and setting up the boat.
2.) family owned business 2 coordinators for 10 hours. Will also include set up and breakdown. Does not have previous experience at either location but has not a lot but all great reviews on weddingwire. Talked on the phone for quite awhile and seemed to really hit if off.
It seems like such a no brainer I know. I just seem to be stuck on the face that 1. has lots of experience with our location but Im not sure if the price is worth it.
