Do you wear your ring 24/7?

Mine comes off when I go to bed b/c I woke up bleeding one night cause its pretty sharp... I dont wear it snowboarding or newhere its going to get dirty. Other then that its on my hand.

I take mine off when i go to bed. It makes me feel like sweety or warm in the morning...other then that i do wear it 99.9% of the time.

I only take mine off when I put lotion on otherwise it stays on.

Yall made me feel bad reading so many people say they only take theirs off to shower and some even wear them in the shower. So I slept in this thing last night and when I woke up this morning my finger was just as swollen as a porkie pig lol! I'm not fooling with yall no more!

I take mine off for bed, showers, cleaning, and lotion.

I wear mine 24/7. the only time i take it off is to put lotion on my hands or occasionally i will take it off when i shower.

The only time I take it off is when I am taking a shower or bathing my daughter, cleaning or doing dishes. I feel so lost without it!

I only take it off to shower (only because the main diamond will get stuck in my hair when I wash it lol) or if I'm cooking something messy (meatloaf or breading chicken [flour egg breadcrumbs = no bueno!!!]) but after that it goes right back on. I sleep with it on even though sometimes FH gets poked with it when i put my hand under him or something. But that's his fault! he bought it! =D

I take mine off to sleep, shower, and wash dishes. In addition to my main wedding ring I'm also going to get a super basic, inexpensive band for wearing places that I don't want to wear my fancy rings.

I take mine off for bed, shower, cleaning. my jeweler recommended never showering with it b/c of soap scum. i clean it every few weeks in the jar of jewelry cleaning solution from the drugstore.

Hello! As much as I loooooooove my ring, I also what to be able to have it forever. Therefore I following the "ring care" instructions to the tee! I dont sleep in it, even if its for a nap, I dont EVER get it wet (so no dishes, swimming, shower, cleaning, laundry, etc.) and I never cook in it either! Also when its really cold outside, always make sure I have gloves on when I first go out as the cold weather can potentially damage the ring. Hope this helps!

I wear mine going out and around the house but I do not wear it a work. I use my hands a lot and I worry for it.

I gave my girlfriend an engagement ring and she takes it off before bed and puts it on in the morning after she finishes putting lotion on. She also takes it off when she visits her parents. She's not out-of-the-closet to her dad and her mom has told her not to tell him, so it has to come off before she sees them. She gave me a ring about a year before we got engaged. It was just a pretty ring that was hers that she didn't wear because it was too big now. It has a very celtic look to it and I can't put lotion on with it on. (well, I have, but it takes forever to clean the lotion back out of it later.) When I put lotion on, I take it off my finger and put it between my teeth while I rub the lotion in and then right back on it goes. Otherwise it NEVER comes off. I don't plan to ever take my wedding band off unless I'm replacing it with the diamond/sapphire rings that we also want to get at some point.

I don't plan on taking the band off for any reason. (Nope, not even when I go visit her family. I'm not planning to out her by showing it off or anything like that. I just plan to wear other flat bands to make that one look like "just another ring") I don't think that her dad will even notice it since his wife wears numerous small flat bands on different fingers.

my mom says the same thing too...

if you take it off and on too often you'll have a greater chance of losing it...

but unless its like dealing with mushing food or dirt i'll put it back in the box and put it back on asap
