I'm the cooker and baker, though at least a couple times of the month I'll say NOPE NOT DOING IT and we'll order a pizza or something else. I love cooking and baking but after work all day and everything else too, I just get tired of doing it sometimes.
I try to cook most nights but some nights we order in. We FINALLY (it only took 1 or 2 arguments🙈) are on the same page of me cooking and FH doing the dishes. Plus my FH should not be allowed anywhere near a kitchen.
We don't even live together and I cook all the time.
I have a lot of serious food allergies, so I've always had to food prep for everything, but now I food prep double bc I cook for him too. He hasn't cooked for me yet, I think out of fear that he'll kill me or something. lol. But, he def wants to.
I also just love to cook though and am hoping to have a catering company one day so I'm at an unfair advantage.
Never. I'm not allowed to cook. I'm allowed to do the baking, and occasionally to sous chef, but he's the cook.
Granted, I'm accident prone in the kitchen and he's 100% Italian-American. The kitchen is his happy place - he's been cooking for his family since he was 12.
Sometimes. I usually cook but having classes and internship has pushed us to order out more. I need to get back in the habit of cooking so I can save some coinsss! Lol
Most of the time I cook during the weekdays. On weekends, we usually go out, but trying to control it now too. However, there was a time when we almost always get take out for dinner. It sure did some damage to the wallets and the waists.
Sometimes, though he cooks more, especially in the summer because he can grill

I thought I was the chef until yesterday when FH told his co workers I am a bad cook. So I am hanging up my apron.

We stay in and cook more frequently. I think we both take equal shares of cooking he is more of the grilling type of guy and enjoy cooking. I love pinterest.
I am the takeout queen. I used to cook but am now disabled and can only stand for about 20min before the pain kicks in. So in the summer, I will prep the meat and FH grills and then during the week, he reheats and eats but in the winter/spring we tend to eat out a lot. I have to do what's convienient for me. The kids are all in college so it's just us at home
