Do vendors sell wedding invitations in small quantities?

NM801, on September 19, 2016 at 5:00 PM Posted in Planning 0 17

I am planning on having a very small wedding next year in the fall. I am doing some preliminary research and it looks like it is a lot more expensive to purchase wedding invitations in small quantities (price per invitation). I am having a total of 20 guests at my wedding and likely only need around 10 invitations. Does anyone have experience with this? Any recommendations on things I should consider? I'm not very crafty so I don't think I want to DIY it.

Vistaprint sells them in multiples of 10. A lot of other places do as well, but they just might cost a little more per piece - most sites bring down the price when you buy in larger quantities

This may not be helpful but we're making ours. FH is good at caligraphy. If you find a template you like, you might can recreate it in microsoft or something like that, and then just print them. Or you can buy a template from Etsy, I think, and then print however many you need from there.

Paperless post does small ones as well, and you can order from a ton of etsy people in small amounts. I'm only going to need like 8 invites so I'm in the same boat. You should always get extras for mistakes if you're addressing them yourself or what not.

Vistaprint! They can sell as low as 10 invites. Use code PROCUREMENT50 for 1/2 off.

Totally check out Wedding Paper Divas. Shutterfly just purchased them. Shutterfly also purchased Tiny Prinrs at the height of their success and maintained the same quality. The pearl paper is gorgeous.

Maybe buy an invitation template through etsy? All you have to do use use Microsoft word to edit in your information. And then you can take it to staples to print for really cheap. That's what I am doing.

Wow. Thank you all so much for your suggestions. I had looked at a few or your suggestions but you've all given me more to consider. I will check in once I've ordered and received the invitations.

They all sell them by 10s and in small quantities. While they do give a discount for ordering more, that's not really worth it.
