Do I really have to wear heels???

Lol I personally would like to wear rubber boots with duckys on them!

I am wearing a 2in5/8 heel on my day because I am short. FH is 5"11 and I don't want to look too short during the ceremony. They have a wider heel and an ankle strap....I guess I'll start practicing soon but they feel comfortable.

I am alot shorter than Fh I am only 5 feet. My 6 yr old is almost taller then me. I am going to look for a small heel then have ballerina flats for the reception.

My FH is the same height as me so I won't be wearing heels. I still haven't figured out exactly what I'm wearing yet because I haven't found something just right. It's hard because alot of the flats and short heels either look very casual or like my grandmothers shoes!

I'm wearing heels because my FH loved them and wanted me to wear them. Plus I didn't have to get my dress altered because of the heel. That saved us $125 at David's!! But I say wear what you want to. I'm wearing beaded slippers at the reception.

JKhines1979: yeah I also bought a dress I don't have to alter. With the heal on the shoe it's the perfect length and the dress laces up in the back in case I need it tighter or looser by then...lol I am girly girl deep down even though I don't feel it sometimes and I must wear heels. It's only one night of pain and the FH can rub them on the honeymoon! I love the ballet flats seen lots of brides wear them!

I'm wearing ballet flats...i'm going to order them in ivory to match my dress I'm pretty tall so I don't want to wear heels so wear what you will be comfortable in...depending on your dress, most people won't see them and they will be too focused on your dress to even notice your shoes

IM WEARING WHITE FLATS. I THINK GO WITH WHATEVER U FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH. I CANT STAND ON HEELS FOR TOO LONG SINCE I HAVE FLAT FEET, PLUS I WOULDNT WANT MY HEELS GETTIN STUCK IN THE GRASS WHILE WERE IN THE PARK. THEY WILL BE COMFY AND I DNT MIND FH BEIGN TALLER I LOVE IT!!! I FEEL LIKE A LIL GIRL NEXT TO HIM.
