Do i need to ordered Azazie bridesmaid dresses all at once?

I will say, although it will probably be fine, I have seen some pictures people posted where the dresses came in slightly different hues. But I think it may also depend on the color and how far between its ordered. So I would say worst case you'll end up with a few very slightly different shades of the same color. If you go to the at home try on bridesmaids dresses you can see some extra colors (mostly burgundy) at the end, my guess is that would be the differences between colors.

I think as long as it isn't drastically different and very subtle I won't lose sleep over it and try to go through the trouble of trying to order everyone's at once.

No, we didn't do that. I had 9 bridesmaids, they all ordered at different times and you couldn't tell the difference. My MOH (to the left of me) is in a different color, but everyone else is in the same color.

Nope - that's not really a think you need to worry about. For my sister's wedding 10 of us ordered from Azazie at different times throughout ~7 months. No difference at all in dye lots.
