Those of you getting married this summer. Will you keep a DJ if you already have one booked? Do you think that dancing will be allowed at weddings come July?

Hi there, we postponed our April wedding to September. So I know it’s not in July like your post, but we definitely kept our Dj. We had only put down a $300 security deposit so we could have canceled if we wanted to.

But the Dj is doing all of the music for the ceremony, he is putting microphones on us during the ceremony, mic for my Vocalist, Announcements, cocktail hour music, etc. So I definitely still wanted him. If for some reason we can’t have our indoor reception with dancing, I envision us doing something outside but still would want music and the organization that comes from a Dj helping with the flow of the event

When I talked for my dj, he said he’d make it fun either way. Mines further away to figure out yet.
