We're doing diy flowers (silk flowers in vases and not from a florist) for our wedding and need your advice on what do with who could possibly place them for us. Our day-of coordinator let us know that they don't do anything floral related (which was a big bummer news
() and if they do, they'd have to bring an extra person (which obv means extra charge), which we're not going to do. I'm getting flowers for cocktail hour and reception and was wondering if anyone was in a similar scenario where they asked someone to help them set the flowers out on the tables. We're a pretty small wedding (80~90 ppl) so it's not too many tables for both cocktail hr/reception but I obviously don't want to take whoever will help us' time away from the wedding to help set-up. If anyone has any advice on flow/timeline or anything that you'd think will help with this situation, would love the advice!
