I just copy and pasted how they suggested to make the cork ball. I was thinking glue it to a tennis ball or racket ball? but that might be too small? The site said a foam ball would work.... guess you would just need to try it. I think if you put the glue on the cork and then attach it to the ball, it will have those 3 seconds to cool off a little before you stick it on there.

Well the balls you mentioned-ha- seem too small for a table that would seat 8 people. I think the foam balls we bought are perfect size, just need to figure out how to glue them.

My mother had mentioned pinning them, but I think that would be hard and they may not stay. You're idea with letting it cool a sec is good.

I just used hot glue on foam balls and they didn't melt. I didn't have to use much glue for my project but it still worked. Hope that can help you out.

I attempted my first string ball today and after a few failed attempts of learning how to properly wind the string so that it doesnt all fall off... I finally have one hanging to dry.. We'll see what it looks like tomorrow!

It was very frustrating at first and I almost gave up till I figured out my balloon was slowing deflating lol.
