WW Checklist...who has used them?

I use the WW checklists for timing items and an excel sheet for the guest list. I also have a notebook for whenever I get an idea I want to seriously consider - and my FH's mom bought me on of those big pink planner books which I have set aside for WW check lists.

I used the checklist the entire way. It definitely helped me stay in line with all my wedding guidelines.

I definitely used the checklist. I don't like that you can't insert your own due dates, but it's pretty handy. I also used the WW guest tool, but I wouldn't have if I had more guests. Frankly, I found that tool more difficult to use than an Excel spreadsheet...

I made a google spreadsheet for the guest list because I can share it with FH and my mom. It's helpful being able to pull it up from any computer.

I have heard of the google spreadsheet from other ladies on here. I have not looked into it yet. How does that work? Its just off the google website? I dont mean to sound dense about, cause clearly we all know GOOGLE!

I LOVE the wedding wire checklist. I've been using it since we got engaged, and once I changed everything by a month to account for the fact that we're getting married on the first of October, so I really couldn't wait until October to have my final dress fitting, etc, it has been pretty spot on.

I use the WW checklist. I've found it quite helpful although I have had to add some items as they were missing and I thought they were important to me. I don't use the guest tracker though as I find it confusing, I prefer Excel.

I hate it now!! i started using it when i first started planning but then i stopped changed my date and i cant reset it so i down loaded one for my phone that i like better

I use the weddingwire checklist and guest tracker. I am allowing my guests to RSVP via our website. I found both were helpful and easy to use.

If you have a gmail account it's super easy… There's a calendar you can share and also the google documents feature. When you're in your inbox you just click documents and away you go. FH and I also share a calendar, I'd be lost without it.

I love it and live by it.

@Meghan are you saying you cannot change your dates because your wedding date changed? Because I had to change some of the due dates on things. WW Checklist had things for me to do IN Oct and my date is October 1st! So I had to move a lot of stuff to August and September.

Edit: I also use the guest lists for ceremony, reception, RD, & BS. I live and breathe by the budget!

I'm using the checklist. I don't check it often enough to get the maximum benefit from it, though. I am more of a fan of the WW guest list, though. It has really been wonderful for me. I am on it all of the time.

Maybe I should go play with it and learn to use it a little more.

EDubbs - I am with you on the budget!! I think I changed things around about 50 times and have spent many hours staring at the darn thing!

Don't know what I'd do without it! I love it and use. I love the guest feature. I use it to keep up with guest addresses, RSVP's and seating. Its the perfect tool!

I'm growing very fond of it. It has been a great help.

I am using the WW check list, I find it very helpful to make sure that I get everything done and on time. Especially since I always feel like I am forgetting something.
