Canadian, Alberta bride here! Guess married lady now.

We registered at The Bay and Home Outfitters. They both are fairly good, the Bay is everywhere across the country and stuff can be ordered and shipped to the one closest to you.

If you live in a major city, I would recommend Crate & Barrel, wish we had registered there. Their prices are similar to the Bay and Home Outfitters, but have a better selection on lots of kitchen items.

Yep. from Ontario, Canada. I went with Sears as I knew there was one in every town my guests lived in. It's big so you can register for everything from bedding to kyack's and lawnmowers

We registered at The Bay and at Crate & Barrel. The pros with both is that they both have a completion program. At Crate & Barrel we received a card to receive 10% off anything in the store for 6 months from our wedding and The Bay's program is good for 1 year after the wedding.

We did have major issues with The Bay though. Many of the stores do not have the items in stock so guests had place an order and wait for the items to arrive. In some instances it took over 4 months for guests to receive our Royal Doulton dinner sets. Even we put in an order for 2 soup bowls last month and they haven't come in yet. Also, they are very slow. We got married in January and, no lie, we just picked up our last gift last weekend. Almost 7 months from our wedding we finally received everything. And this was after many calls and emails. And, one of our pots someone purchased was discontinued but we were never informed until last month. Seriously, bad customer service.
