NWR Website issues- can't log on

No. This is a new computer that I've had for about a week. I had no trouble with ww until yesterday. No other website troubles. Would doing that help?

I know some about conputers, but done everything I could think of so far.

I switched browsers - and I could log in - something is definitely up with the WW site since so many of us have been having issues lately.

This was happening to me earlier. I cleared all my history and cookies and then it worked.

Mine was doing that in chrome. I cleared history and cookies and it resolved

Isn't clearing my cache and cookies and history going to delete all the things I have saved - like passwords and such?

I'm having issues too from my iPad. It I go to a different tab & return to ww, I have to log in again.

Same thing has been happening to me on both my work and home PCs. Glad to know it's not just me.

The same thing happened to me a couple days ago. I had to clear my cache and cookies and it was fine again. Annoying though, since it logged me out of *everything*.

That's why I'm hesitating. It's a new computer, so I just got it all set up and managed to remember the passwords I need to. I didn't want to have to go through that again.

If you're using Chrome it asks you exactly what you want it to clear. I opted to clear my history, cookies and cache but leave my saved passwords and auto full information. There are boxes you checkmark under history. I don't know about other browsers though

I'm on safari on mac, when this started earlier this week I was able to clear my history and cookies and it solved the problem. Now I do that and it just keeps bringing me back to the log in page. It's annoying because it clears all of my saved passwords on the computer. Are you guys working to fix this?

There were some issues on WW's end during the day on Thursday. They fixed them, but some people are still experiencing after effects. If you're having trouble staying logged in, you will need to go into your browser and clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history going back at least a day, possibly a week. If you continue having problems after trying that, contacting support@weddingwire.com is the best way to get you in touch with the people who can help figure out the problem.
