Thanks for all the sympathy and well wishes, everyone! It was quite the shock for me first thing this morning. I'm reaching out to a couple places I had applied before, and hoping one of those works out. FH pays all our household bills while I foot the wedding costs so this is really scary, I'm just trying not to worry too much yet. I have a little under a month before I'm out of this place.

Ohh man! I'm sorry that you have an extra heap of stress added to your plate! I'm a firm believer in the saying that when one door closes another opens because it has been incredibly true in my own life!! I have found myself clinging hard to something only to realize that there was already something so much better waiting around the corner! Update LinkedIn, indeed, Craigslist, reach out to recruiters and networks within your current company. This exact thing happened to my FH and he had the same amount of time to get another job and found something much better than what he was doing... so keep your head up! It'll work out !

@Greenebunny you would be correct, most things are paid for the wedding. The only things left are my caterer, two payments to my venue, and dress alterations really. Well and a handful of small stuff like family and wp gifts.

@EmilyW I've already updated most of those since I was already looking to go elsewhere, thankfully. I'm really hoping something good shows up for me!

@Stephanie&Chris that usually holds true for me too so I'm crossing my fingers for a door to open quickly.

I know this doesn't always help, but I think everything happens for a reason! Take a few days to think about everything and don't through a pity party. Keep your head up!
