I would consult with your venue and ask the typical ceremony time. Then I'd Google search typical sundown in your area on your date.

    Hi there!

When building your wedding timeline, I would advise you to start by figuring out what time it will get dark around your wedding date. Search on relevant websites or speak with your venue coordinator.

From there, start at the end (or with any concrete times you have) and work your way backward.

On average, a ceremony is 30minutes, a cocktail hour is 1 hour and the average reception is 4 hours.

Don't forget to speak with and work with your photographer and beauty team as they will have the biggest impact on your pre-ceremony timeline.
