DIY Flower Girl Crown Opinions Needed

Hey everyone! Ok, so I spent a pretty good amount of time today making this flower girl crown for my daughter. I sent my FMIL a pic and I don't think she likes it... she said "is that what she's wearing" and then she stopped responding -_- I just wanted to get some honest opinions. Does it look too DIY or tacky? I am going to weave some white ribbon in there so it ties in the back. And I'm probably going to reinforce the flowers a little bit with a glue gun... but I'm not going to bother if it looks tacky. Honest opinions needed! Thanks a lot )

I think it's a little large for her small head, which makes it look a little funky.
Maybe if you pared it down a bit it wouldn't look so overwhelming.
I don't think it looks "bad" though. Just a bit too much.

I think it's big for her, there are too many flowers, and the arrangement is a little uneven. I would take out some flowers and narrow it out to one layer.

Agreed with PPs... it's not bad just too large/too much for her head..it should compliment her cute face, not overpower it :-). If you wanted it more than one layer I think you'd have to use much smaller flowers.

I love the colors of the flowers and the concept, but agree with PP that at the moment it is a bit big for her head. Minimize it a little and it will look gorgeous!

Lol i chuckled when I saw the picture. it's a little funny looking with it being so large.. but in an adorable kind of way. make it smaller and it will look perfect.

I think you did a great job, just the flowers are a little large for her. Maybe use smaller flowers and it won't over power her as much. A few less flowers and maybe add ribbon and tiny pearls?
