I can still do a back walkover from my cheerleading day (not so much the back flip anymore

I can't speak or read fluent Spanish or French, but I can't pronounce the words very well.

I was valedictorian of my 8th grade glass, and graduated high school with a 3.9 GPA.

DVR-ing?

4) What is something you simply CANNOT live without?

My family, friends, phone and pineapples!

1) That's me in my avatar.

2) I am a professional engineer by day and a musician by night/weekend/whenever I'm not working. I haven't yet mastered the art of saying "no" (I hold about 13 positions in about 6 organizations outside of work). I used to play flute and sing in a band called Mythica and we once played a set break between The Spin Doctors and Sister Hazel!

3) I don't think I'm an expert necessarily, but I have my masters degree in environmental engineering and wrote my thesis on getting algae to produce hydrogen as a renewable energy source (one of many, many people working on that idea).

4) I couldn't live without air. Well, ok, I could for about 7 minutes or so I also couldn't live without music - I can't imagine not having that outlet in my life.

Fun facts:

1. I'm moving to Los Angeles in less than a month and it will be the first time FH and I have lived together. I'm so nervous!

2. I can burp on command.

3. I became an aunt when I was one and a half years old and now I have nine nieces and nephews with another on the way! My three half-siblings are much older than I am.

I'm an expert in writing dialogue. I write movies, TV and fiction and although I'm not great at everything (pacing needs work), I kick butt at writing dialogue.

I couldn't live without indoor plumbing. No camping for this chick!

- Basically I know a little about a lot of things. Not an expert in any one thing as life is a constant learning process.

- music, shoes, chocolate, vodka, shoes, makeup, FH, our cats, shoes.....

-My dad is Hungarian and is from Transylvania. Making me 50% Hungarian. I like having a more "unusual" ethnic background.

-One of my tattoos was done by one of the artists on season 3 of Ink Master, before he became a contestant

-My hair hasn't been its natural color since I was 13.

-An expert in..... being a good listener. I tend to be the person people go to with their problems. I think they appreciate that I'm nonjudgemental (at least not outwardly).

-I cannot live without my two beagles

2. Three facts: FH and I have been vegan for 6 months (I was vegetarian since 3 years before that), I ran the LA marathon when I was 13, I am the first in my extended family to graduate from a university.

3. I am an expert in being an aunt...I love that kid!

4. I cannot live without coffee!

1. Photo is from Halloween a few years ago. I went as Troy Polamalu. My friends were Weekend at Bernie's. And Gumby was just a random we met.

2a. I go to as many farmers' markets as I can. LOVE THEM. We actually altered our honeymoon date to include a farmers' market in Colorado.

2b. I was an English major in college because it was easy, but I showered regularly.

2c. The avatar gives it away, but I LOVE to shoot. I'm decent at it, certainly not an expert, but it's fun, and nothing makes you feel more like a badass than blowing up a paper terrorist's groin region with a semi-automatic.

3. I'm an expert in punctuation. I don't know what kids these days are learning in school, because for the life of me, I have never seen so many misplaced commas and apostrophes in my life as I do now.

4. I can't live without Bruegger's bagels, my Bible, and iced coffee.

I am really good at finding elusive information online. It's been extremely useful during wedding planning. For example, I am really good at identifying dress designers from Chinese knock-off sites.
