We're only doing flowers for the bouquets as well. Our venue is the botanical gardens, so we figured we didn't really need more flowers. For our centerpieces, we're doing something with candles. If you do a google search for candle centerpieces, there are a lot of great ideas! Still haven't settled on the specifics, but we know we're going with candles.

Centerpieces could be floating candles in a pretty cylinder vase or feathers in an Eiffel tower vase. You could scatter crystal gems around the base for some added sparkle. Both are lovely.

We're thinking the same thing, flowers are just so expensive.

I was thinking something like the purple one but not as plain, but Im having second thoughts. I'm still thinking though.

Instead of flowers or bows I'm hanging these on the pews. As well as from the ceiling at my reception. Minimal flowers. I'm most likely doing just a few petals in a vase of water for center pieces along with mason jars and floating candles. No giant bouquets dripping crystal strands. Just not my style.

I don't want flowers, so we're not having any flowers at all! The bouquets are made of brooches, crystals, and hand-twisted silk flowers. The bout's are silk flowers with crystals. Our centerpieces are lit branches mixed with real branches and crystals.

Being a fall wedding you have options to use things from the season as well. We are not doing flower centerpieces... well we will have paper bouquets but we are having leaves scattered on the tables and little jars with flameless candles in them and ribbons around the top. There are tons of options. I hope you find something you love.

I love flowers!!! I couldn't imagine my wedding without flowers ;-) but u know, to each their own hehehe

We are using minimal flowers at our wedding, just to keep costs down. We will be doing the bouquets and bouts but that is all. Our centerpieces are completely flowerless and I love them...not to mention they are saving us A LOT of money!

I wanted flowers before the whole wedding planning process began but then I needed to figure out my priorties once I started seeing the cost of things.

So I've decided I want a bouqet for me, and for each of my two BMS and then boutineers for the guys

That's it.

I knew from the beginning our budget didn't allow for flowers and I was fine with it, they weren't important to me. I made flowers our our bouquets and boutonierres and that's what we had. For centerpieces I put together some natural looking things (like seed pods, etc) in a vase and popped in some extra flowers that I made and we were done.

We only did the bouquets and bouts. For our centerpieces we did candles and leaves.

We re-used the bouquets for decoration on the head table.

I am not a flower person either and plan to have none at my wedding. I'm doing pink & chocolate feathers

Am not big on flowers either so am doing branches
