I was in the exact same position! There was that weird cold front that pushed all kinds of storms to south florida. I researched the date I picked and it hadn't rained on that day in 10 years!! and guess what!?!? It rained the entire night before and early morning, it cleared up literally an hour before we were set to take pictures and it held off until after the entire wedding was over. I wish you the same luck! I hope you have a backup rain plan, because I didn't!! We had a tent on hold for the reception space but the ceremony was either outside or....well there wasn't a second option. I lost my mind for 3 days, I must have lost 5 pounds from stress . Everyone will tell you to "stop worrying about things you can't change" and I really wished I hadn't! Wishing you all the luck!

Aww thank you, ladies!!! Your words of encouragement are so nice! I know I shouldn't worry about a little rain but I guess it's that image of what we want the pictures to look like. We do have a plan B for the cocktail hour as that was in the courtyard - there are long corridors where the tables can be set up and there is a huge foyer as well....I just wanted my swing picture lol

Keep up that positivity!!! It'll be fantastic no matter what, and Jamaica well that speaks for itself. Best of Luck!!
