I did, but since then we have got fake rings to wear when we go since we are in the water a lot.

I guess it would depend on the vacation.

I travel a LOT and hardly ever bring mine. I have a pandora ring I wear, and/or a silicone band.

Check to see if your resort has an in room safe. I lock my ring in the safe when I go to the beach etc while on vacation.

Yes! My rings are insured, so I'm not terribly worried about them getting lost or stolen.

Depends on the vacation. We went to Barcelona shortly after getting engaged and I wore it. I wore it to Jamaica and PR after getting engaged.

If it was a water/beach heavy trip though I'd likely wear a fake one just because I'd be concerned about damage from the sand to my ring.

We wore our engagement rings everywhere (we went to Canada, the opposite U.S. coast, and Rome). We took all rings on our honeymoon and wore them most of the time. We locked them in our safe when we went scuba diving.

I'm bringing my wedding band but not my engagement ring. My engagement ring is a family heirloom and costs almost as much as our wedding, so even though it's insured I don't want to risk it. And we are going to Thailand so I am not comfortable flashing that kind of jewelry around in that environment. My wedding band is much less noticeable.

I travel with my rings but often leave them in the hotel room or wherever if i'm swimming or doing something active. H is the same. we still routinely forget to wear our rings a lot of the time, haha.

Of course. They're meant to be worn. They're insured.

Yes. I brought both my rings and locked them in the safe while we were at the beach or pool, but wore them to restaurants and other activities.

I wore my band, but left my engagement ring at home (2 weeks traveling through Europe). I knew we were going to be in areas where there are a lot of pick pockets and my ring is kind of flashy compared to what is standard there, so it was not worth the risk.

We're traveling to South America in a few months to visit my FH's family and everyone advises wearing a fake set, especially the family members that live there. I have insurance, but I also don't want to take the risk.

Yes. I've worn my engagement ring and wedding band every time I travel.

I don't walk around flashing it or anything.

I travel quite a lot and avoid bringing unnecessary jewelry, including my rings. I wear a fake set for my safety. I'm not worried about losing them but more so someone else admiring them a little too much.

There is always a chance of it being lost or stolen while you are home as well. Either way it should be insured so it shouldn't be too much or a worry. Show it of someone worked hard to give it to you!
