Details for the wedding

Something kind of small I did was I checked how long the walk down the aisle would take me so I could see where the song ended aha because I kind of wanted to see where it'd end in terms of lyrics

To account for tips in the budget! We did some but then we added band members and more staff members helped out a lot so that was a few hundred extra.

1. Who will be bussing tables/taking out trash — is that part of the venue or catering contract?
2. Providing ice and water and who is serving it
3. Tipping vendors!
4. Practice walking with your veil beforehand!
5. Make sure you know the full day of timeline like when each vendor is arriving, where they park etc.
6. For sound and DJ make sure they have worked at the venue before or know where all the breakers and outlets are and if they are well dispersed, you don’t want the breaker to blow 😫
7. Noise ordinance at venue?
8. Can cars be parked overnight at the venue if necessary ?
9. Who is responsible for set up and tear down and packing up/putting all your personal belongings from the site into your car before end of night
10. How is the lighting in all areas of the venue at night?
