Destination Wedding - One of my vendors is requesting a driver license associated with PayPal account. Is this normal?

Your PayPal account should not need your license to validate it. That seems a little odd to me and I would be uncomfortable giving that. I would definitely ask more questions.

I agree with PP you definitely shouldn't need all of that if you're using Paypal. I'd need clarification on the why behind their needs for both.

This does seem a little strange! Are you in regular contact with this vendor? Have you asked them why they would need this?
You could also ask about any other methods of payment that they accept.
