Please help. My son is getting married Aug 17 th in Dexter Mi. They have a modest budget with 200 guests. Looking for a reasonably priced caterer.

BBQ and Italian are fairly inexpensive to cater!

To second Cher, start reaching out to local restaurants and see if they do catering. You’ll also have to account for servers /setup. Even with a simple buffet you’ll likely want someone bussing tables and brining our fresh food.

Also look into catering by Wegman's or another local grocery store!

Are you going fancy or more casual? we are on a TIGHT TIGHT budget, so we're actually going with chicken Shack. They have party packs as well as things you can pick and choose from and at pretty reasonable rates. They even deliver!
