But omg somebody please help me!! My FH snores & the past week I been having him sleep in a different room b/c I can never sleep at night! It's hard for me having him sleep in the other room cuz I can't sleep w/out him! Is there any type of ear plugs or something I can use so I won't hear it or...

A cold can definitely cause snoring. My FH was sick last week with an upper respiratory infection, and he was snoring to beat the band.

Look into getting an adjustable base for your bed that lifts his head.

FH snores sometimes when he's sick but I sleep with earplugs so it doesn't usually wake me up unless it's really bad or the earplugs need to be thrown away. The earplugs I use are really good and it might be a temporary relief. An update!! So his cold is getting better & he slept in our room we me & didn't snore!! We both got great sleep so I'm guessing it was the cold b/c it started when he got sick 2 weeks ago, so what a relief. Hopefully it don't come bk

Is he overweight? My fiancé gained a lot of weight after we started dating and he started snoring horribly. Once he lost weight he didn't snore anymore, thank god!
