Desperate for some help

Shaughnesse, on September 8, 2020 at 5:39 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 1 14
So my wedding is coming up in a little over a month. I picked my dress a while ago in hopes that I would be able to lose some weight in my belly so it would look better and so I would be more confident wearing it. I’m stuck at my current weight, and I’m having a hard time losing anymore. Any tips or tricks/exercises/diets to help lose a little something before October 17th?

Also, I need help with the schedule for the wedding day. I’m planning everything myself and I’m not sure of the “order” of things. Such as, who walks down the isle first, MOH with best man? And then what order is easiest to do for the reception?
TIA!!

Try to cut back on carbs and drink lots of water! And as far as the aisle order, we are doing ours “opposite”. Those who will be standing closest to the bride/groom will walk in last. So those standing furthest away will walk down first. My MOH will walk with the best man

Yes!!!! Eat under 1500 calories every day and stick with eating mostly veggies. I recommend doing exercise videos with CHLOE TING on youtube. I went down a dress size in 6 weels doing that and i started off as a size 4/6. Now I'm a 2/4. Chloe Ting has about 13 or 14 million subscribers abd I recommend you do her 2019 two week shred challenge and then her 28 day flat tummy challenge.

Honestly, instead if stressing to lose more weight right before your wedding, enjoy the wedding planning and take you dress to get tailored.

No carbs or sugar for 30 days and lots of water. It takes a ton of willpower but it works. Eat lean proteins and vegetables and 2 fruits a day.

Log all your calories and stay under whatever number you need to lose weight (if you get the myfitnesspal and input your height/weight/activity level/weight loss goal. it will tell you your calorie limit. You can also use the app to log all calories).

Maybe intermittent fasting would help, if you have the willpower for it....basically you only eat during a certain window of time, and fast the rest of the time. You can do a 6 hour, 8 hour, or 10 hour window depending how strict you want to be!

Find an exercise regimen that works for you.

chloe ting has great short term workout programs that are free online that also see results for instance she has 2 week challenges or just month long challenges and you legit see results! but the key for any of this is to stay consistent

I also suggest using an app like MyFitnessPal, which will tell you how many calories to eat and burn. Weight loss really comes down to calories in vs calories out, so just so long as you consistently keep track and stick to a calorie deficit you will lose weight. Avoid fad diets that promise a certain number of pounds lost in only a few days - other than maybe a lot of water weight lost early on, it's typically not healthy to lose more than two pounds per week, and you're also more likely to gain it all back quickly.

If you're mostly concerned with your belly area, you could also get some shapewear to wear under your dress.

Stop drinking anything other than water or black coffee/tea. No alcohol, soda, creamer, juice... you’d be amazed - we drink wayyyyy more calories than we realize.
